The Solan Connor Fawcett Family Cancer Trust was launched to help those touched by cancer. Our plan is to create a place which will support individuals and families in County Durham and Darlington who are affected by cancer. The Charity is all about you and how we can help you deal with your cancer journey.

Our App will help you get in touch with us regarding a consultation, volunteering, latest events and even donating straight to our cause. We deal with all the requests you send from the App as soon as we can and are informed of them straight away. One of our team will be in touch to discuss matters further and what the best options moving forward are.
